Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If you place an order during these times, it will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Domestic (US): $10.00 - Delivery in 5-7 business days
  • International: Rates calculated at checkout - Delivery in 10-21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability may vary. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the information to appear in the carrier's system.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we can update the address once the order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

For damaged items, please save all packaging materials and take photos of the damage. This information may be required to file a claim with the carrier.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

We cannot predict what these charges will be, as they vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
